Treasury Consultant


A consultant with Treasury Strategies, Inc. has the unique opportunity to work collaboratively with clients to uncover ways to improve their organization. Through a strong quantitative skill set and ability to prioritize multiple projects, a consultant will participate in consulting engagements with the treasury departments of Fortune 500 companies and leading global financial institutions.

Demonstrated abilities/knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

Treasury/cash management business strategy, product management, product pricing, operations
    Treasury management practices and processes, including international treasury management and international payment systems (SWIFT), risk management (interest rate, debt, FX, investments), bank relationship management and technology selection/implementation
Short-term investment vehicles and bank deposit and liquidity products
Financial industry policy and regulatory considerations
Quantitative and statistical analysis and evaluation

Other requirements:

2 – 6 years experience in a regional, national or global bank
Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus
Strong computer skills including Excel and Power Point
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills; able to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to execute project task within established deadlines
Ability to travel (two to three days per week average)

Sales Associate/Internal Sales Support


Treasury Strategies, Inc. is a highly respected, independent management-consulting firm that specializes in the fields of global treasury management, liquidity management and payment systems is seeking an internal sales associate to cultivate leads and help turn prospects into clients.  The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of sales/marketing experience, provide positive frontline contact with existing or potential clients in a team environment and build loyal relationships by clearly presenting and articulating the firm’s value proposition.

Responsibilities:

Business development and sales

Qualify leads and new business opportunities
Initiate and/or maintain telephone contact with new or existing clients and prospects
Set up appointments for on-site visits for senior management
Follow up on sales leads from webinar contacts and other marketing sources
Maintain and assist in building client database
Research company and contact data on Internet
Monitor web information for opportunities and contacts
Coordinate e-mail communications
Data mine for potential clients from TSI data sources and/or outside sources
Develop and maintain “call” files; both geographically and by consulting expertise
Maintain sales material inventory and call reports both electronically and in hard copy
Proactively communicate with team members

Sales Support

Help keep prospects live and cultivate leads by working collaboratively with senior management
Participate in selected outside sales calls
Prepare and assemble collateral materials for sales presentations
Participate in evaluation of sales efforts
Assist in the development of proposals

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
    2-6 years of sales/marketing experience
